Global Issues Head of Research Division
Dr. Daniel Voelsen works on issues at the intersection of technology and foreign policy. He is particularly interested in the political debates about the future of the Internet as they take place in the institutions of global Internet governance, as well as the use of digital technologies as a means in shaping (international) politics. In his capacity as head of the Global Issues Division, Daniel Voelsen also engages with the conceptual debates on conflict and cooperation in the global order.
